Contacting Your LEAP™ Coach

Your success is important to us. Throughout the LEAP™ Student Success Academy™, coaching support is available to help students and families stay engaged, motivated, and on track with their goals.

Students and parents are encouraged to contact Dr. Eve when they need support related to the LEAP™ program.

Appropriate Reasons to Contact Your Coach

Please reach out if you:

• Have questions about an assignment or leadership activity.

• Need clarification regarding weekly coaching sessions or program expectations.

• Are experiencing challenges that are affecting your participation in the program.

• Need assistance with goal setting or accountability strategies.

• Need help navigating Google Classroom or locating program materials.

• Would like additional encouragement or guidance related to your personal growth and student success goals.

• Will be absent from a scheduled session.

• Have questions about your progress or program completion requirements.

• Are a parent seeking support in helping your student remain engaged and successful.

Communication Expectations

To help maintain a positive and professional coaching environment, we ask that all communication be:

• Respectful and appropriate.

• Related to LEAP™ program participation and student success.

• Sent during normal business hours whenever possible.

• Clear and concise when describing questions or concerns.

How to Request Support

Students and parents may request coaching support by:

• Sending a message through Google Classroom.

• Using the designated program email address.

• Attending scheduled office hours or coaching support sessions (if offered).

• Requesting assistance during live virtual coaching sessions.

When to Contact Your Coach Immediately

Please notify your coach as soon as possible if:

• You are unable to attend a scheduled session.

• You are experiencing difficulties completing assignments or participating in the program.

• Family circumstances are impacting your participation.

• You believe additional support or accommodations may be needed to successfully complete the program.
